Pershall Joins First National Bank

First National Bank of River Falls (FNBRF) is pleased to announce the hiring of Therese Pershall as the new Vice President – Commercial Lender.
Therese joins First National Bank of River Falls with over 20 years of financial experience in credit, strategy and planning. The past 13 years have been in the Eau Claire and Menomonie market.
Therese graduated from Minnesota State University, with a degree in IO Psychology, Finance and Gerontology. “I’m excited to be the voice for clients, provide guidance for cashflow efficiencies, balance risk for continued growth, and align one bank of services to owners, executives and employees,” commented Pershall.

Her strong lending background and dedication to community service fits perfectly with our culture of community involvement and high-level service,” said First National Bank of River Falls Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer Matt Russell.
Therese believes in community development and has given her time to support different community organizations like: CVTC Foundation Board, Eau Claire Chamber, Home for Good, St. Joseph’s Faith Formation, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Eau Claire Children’s Theatre among many other community partnerships.
Therese and her husband, Clayt, have been married 7 years and reside in Menomonie where Clayt is the head football coach at UW-Stout. They have three daughters and enjoy weekends camping up north.
